Tracy Christopulos Harward, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Owner/Director

Tracy Harward is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of clinical counseling experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in Child and Family Studies and a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University in Family and Child Studies: Marriage and Family Therapy.

During her schooling, Tracy worked with university students at NIU and provided home-based therapy for families in the Illinois area. She has also worked in the Northern Virginia area, providing intensive home-based family therapy for at-risk families. After relocating to Utah, Tracy spent the next 15 years working with individuals, couples and families at multiple agencies in the Salt Lake valley. She has been focused on her clinical work in private practice since 2015.

Tracy loves working with diverse groups of people. She believes that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is most important for change to happen in treatment. Her therapy style is warm and understanding, while at the same time helpful and direct. Tracy is committed to assisting her clients make change in their lives. She utilizes goal-oriented solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT therapy and evidence-based therapy solutions in her work.

Rachelle Watts, LCHMC

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Independent Practitioner

Rachelle Watts is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of combined inpatient and outpatient counseling experience. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings including, outpatient counseling centers, chemical dependency treatment centers, hospitals, and schools. Rachelle has also facilitated and managed an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program at a local hospital for clients with co-occurring chemical dependency and psychiatric disorders. Additionally, she has several years of experience helping patients and families work through some of their most difficult times while working as a hospital crisis counselor.

Rachelle knows life has its challenges, and she enjoys counseling with individuals and families who are striving to improve their personal lives and family relationships. She has an engaging and relaxed personality, which enables her to relate well with a variety of personality types.

Rachelle believes that people will benefit most from a multifaceted approach to solving problems. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment “ACT” therapeutic techniques.

Brooke Splain, ACMHC

Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Independent Practitioner

Brooke Splain is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah with a focus in business and marketing. After a successful career in sales and marketing for over 25 years and many life experiences, she decided to return to school to fulfil her dream of becoming a mental health counselor. She completed her Master of Science in Counseling Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of Phoenix College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Brooke loves connecting with various groups of people. She believes that nothing is more powerful than a therapeutic connection between therapist and client that is based on trust, security, and honesty. Her approach is caring, yet honest. Her goal is to help clients feel safe to share their private affairs by drawing out things that need to be addressed in the most sensitive but approachable way. Brooke is passionate about helping clients to recognize and embrace their true selves to help them achieve their life goals. She utilizes ACT therapy, DBT therapy, goal-oriented solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy, and Inner Child Experiential Psychotherapy in her work.

She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, entertaining, and cooking with her husband.
